One negative tweet or malicious post can cripple a small business. Local Track helps manage online reputations, tracking and helping control the conversation. Their audience isn't necessarily technologically savvy, so this campaign didn’t take a tech approach. Instead it brought to life the people who hide behind their anonymity.
